Debbie Simms was a 19-year-old artist and drug addict. Debbie lived with her mum Roxanne and would paint pictures that she never let anyone see. As she grew older, she would go to clubs where she eventually became addicted to cocaine. She got into a relationship with Tony Baker and the two fell in love. Unfortunately, one night, when the two were high, a fire started. Debbie passed out on the floor and Tony couldn't reach her. He fled the building and Debbie died in the fire.
